Service Quality
In the eys of the customers, we want to be perceived as a reliable supplier that exceeds their expectations by solving their problem efficiently; we achieve this goal:
- by setting the Service Quality as the primary performance target for each individual
- by being sensitiive to the specific requirements of a customer while providing services in compliance with the environmental laws and regulations
- by providing adequate trainings to our employees
- by focusing on minimising the respone time carrying out sound investment into information technologies
- by performing reliable and transparent measuing of weight and volume of waste being removed we build trust between us and customers
Environmental Policy
- We care about the protection of the environment and performe our business activities in compliance with strict Slovak and European environmental regulations
- We set both short-term and long-term environmental targets with respect to the Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
- Our environmental strategy is based on precautionary measures implemented in order to minimise negative environmental impact of our operations
- We prefer and perform waste recycling at the expense of other disposal options
- We strive to operate the best available technologies for waste treatment and recycling (BAT)
- We communicate openly our plans and achievements to authorities, municipalities and the public
- We contribute to the environmental protection by constantly improving the quality of both waste management services and environmental consulting services
Health and Safety Policy
- We care about each other and therefore we strive to operate in a manner that minimises the risk of accidents and injuries
- We provide regular trainings to our staff in order to increase the level of their proffessional knowledge of the health and safety issues
